- Operator
- Dimitrios James Gregory Hooke ABN 59 429 101 462 trading as Bell Path Timetabling
- Effective date
- 25 April 2026
Purpose
Bell Path is provided for school timetabling, school operations planning, support, and related administrative work. This policy sets out uses that are not allowed.
You must not
- Use Bell Path for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorised purposes.
- Upload information you do not have authority to provide, including unnecessary student-identifying, health, disciplinary, or sensitive information.
- Try to access another school workspace, user account, system area, database, infrastructure service, or administrative feature without permission.
- Share accounts, bypass role restrictions, scrape the service, reverse engineer the software, or attempt to copy the solver or platform logic.
- Interfere with service performance, overload the solver, automate abusive requests, or attempt denial-of-service activity.
- Use multiple workspaces, school accounts, or artificial data splits to avoid the correct pricing tier or combine timetable generation across one legal school without the correct subscription.
- Remove notices, misrepresent timetable outputs, or present Bell Path as making staffing, legal, industrial, or educational decisions for the school.
School responsibilities
- Keep user access current and remove users who no longer need access.
- Review timetable outputs before publication.
- Use exports, screenshots, and debug files carefully because they may contain school operational information.
- Tell Bell Path promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, or a security issue.
Enforcement
Bell Path may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or where action is needed to protect a school, user, the service, or the public.
