Bell Path uses the highest tier implied by enrolment, classes, or billing staff. Staff guardrail means teaching, leadership, specialist, and administrative staff who need to be represented in the timetable or Bell Path workspace. Education support/aide staff are not counted for base pricing.

- The standard table can be read as an annual school subscription rather than a per-user add-on. A 300-student school sits at roughly $5 per student per year; a 600-student school sits at roughly $6 per student per year.
- Quote and PO before payment
- Inside Billing, owners and admins can add a purchase order number and download a Bell Path quote PDF before starting checkout.
- Invoice on request
- If your school prefers an invoice and bank transfer, use the billing support link and Bell Path will email the invoice and payment details.
- Business-manager handoff
- Invite your business manager from Settings → Members, share the School Approval Pack, and keep bank details on the invoice rather than published on the website.
