Quick answers

What will it cost?: One price for the whole school, set by its size, from $679 a year. See every price
How does setup work?: You describe your school in guided steps, and Final Check tells you whether its timetable can be built before you pay. See how it works
Where is our data kept?: Bell Path is an Australian business run from Victoria, and its servers are in Australia, in Melbourne and Sydney. Email, text messages, payments, sign-in and the optional AI features come from separate companies, which may process limited information outside Australia. Read the security page
Can we keep the timetable we already have?: Yes. We load the timetable you already have within 48 hours. Then cover for absent teachers, staff duty rosters and the rest of the week-to-week tools are free for two weeks. After that, a subscription keeps them going. Send us the file and we’ll load it for you
Does it replace Compass, Sentral or CASES21?: No. It sits beside them and handles the timetable, cover, yard duty and events. Read how it fits
