Agreement
These terms are between you and Dimitrios James Gregory Hooke ABN 59 429 101 462 trading as Bell Path Timetabling. They apply when you access or use Bell Path, create an account, start a trial or pilot, accept an invitation, subscribe, or use any Bell Path timetable, support, billing, or export feature.
If you use Bell Path for a school, you represent that you have authority to bind that school to these terms.
Accounts and access
- Users must keep login details secure and must not share individual accounts.
- Schools are responsible for managing user access, roles, departures, and account permissions.
- One subscription covers one legal school workspace unless Bell Path agrees otherwise in writing.
- Splitting a single school across multiple accounts or workspaces to avoid the correct pricing tier is not permitted.
School content and timetable ownership
The school keeps ownership of its school data, uploaded content, timetable inputs, constraints, generated timetables, exports, and school-specific outputs.
The school grants Bell Path the limited rights needed to host, process, troubleshoot, secure, back up, and improve the service. Bell Path keeps ownership of the software, workflows, designs, code, solver logic, documentation, brand, and platform materials.
Billing, pilots, and founder offers
Pricing may depend on launch cohort, pilot invitation, school size, billing cadence, and verified workspace data. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST.
Bell Path Timetabling is not currently registered for GST. If GST registration or tax treatment changes, invoices and pricing treatment may be updated as required by law.
- The first five pilot schools may receive the first 12 months complimentary if issued and accepted through a Bell Path pilot invitation, followed by two paid years at $1,000 per year before standard pricing applies.
- Schools 6-20 may receive one paid year at $1,000 before standard pricing applies. Founder locks, discounts, testimonials, case studies, logo permissions, and feedback obligations apply only where agreed by Bell Path in writing.
- Stripe-hosted checkout, invoices, renewals, payment status, cancellations, and failed payment handling may apply to paid plans.
- Bell Path may require the correct school-size tier if enrolment, class count, staff count, campus count, or workspace data shows a higher tier than the school selected.
Refunds and cancellation requests
Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to hello@bellpath.com.au or through the in-app support form. Bell Path reviews the school account, Stripe records, invoice history, and timetable context before processing any refund manually.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, refund requests within 30 days of payment are eligible for a full refund, requests from days 31-90 may receive a pro-rated refund less one month, and requests after 90 days are handled case by case.
If Bell Path does not work for the school’s Term 1 timetable, Bell Path will review the request under the money-back guarantee even if the request falls outside the first 30 days. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
Users must use Bell Path lawfully, responsibly, and for genuine school timetabling and operational planning. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Suspension and termination
Bell Path may suspend or restrict access where reasonably needed because of non-payment, suspected misuse, security risk, unlawful use, breach of these terms, abuse of support or infrastructure, or risk to the service or other users.
Either party may end access according to the agreed plan, order form, cancellation arrangement, or written agreement. Some records may be retained after termination where needed for legal, accounting, security, dispute, backup, or audit purposes.
Service availability and support
Bell Path aims to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided on an as-available basis unless a separate written service level agreement says otherwise.
Support is provided by email or agreed support channels. We triage requests based on stated impact and operational urgency, but response times are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Timetable outputs and school decisions
Bell Path helps generate, validate, and review timetable options, but the school remains responsible for checking outputs before publication and for all staffing, industrial, compliance, educational, and operational decisions made from a timetable.
Solver outputs may depend on the accuracy and completeness of school inputs. If inputs are incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting, the output may be incomplete, unsuitable, or infeasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bell Path excludes warranties that are not required by law and is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational loss, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Victoria and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
