What you can export

A whole-school grid for the staffroom wall.
Individual teacher timetables, one per page.
Individual class timetables.
Duty rosters and cover sheets for the week.

Before you distribute

Exports come from the last saved version, so save any outstanding changes first. If the timetable still has trade-offs to review, Bell Path asks you to confirm before exporting.

What staff can see and change

Teachers see their own week and can ask for changes. Only the planner edits the timetable.
