What you can export and what to check first. Whole-school, per-teacher and per-class packs are built to be printed and handed out.

What you can export

A whole-school grid for the staffroom wall.
Individual teacher timetables, one per page.
Individual class timetables.
Duty rosters and cover sheets for the week.

Before you distribute

Exports come from the last saved version, so save any outstanding changes first. Bell Path asks you to confirm you have reviewed the timetable before exporting, because a printed timetable is much harder to take back than a link.
